Most med spas aren’t running ads. Not because they don’t want new clients, but because the agencies that approach them are full of generalists who’ve never stepped foot in a treatment room and couldn’t tell a HydraFacial from a chemical peel. The ads they make show that. The clinics that try advertising themselves, often give up after one bad experience with someone who just didn’t get it.

We started Aluma Social to fix that.

Kelly Myrow, founder, trained as a board-certified beauty therapist at Schäfer Schule in Frankfurt, Germany. It was there, surrounded by the industry she loved, that she realized her real calling was in advertising for the beauty industry. She came back, studied advertising, earned an advanced copywriting certification, and won two Bronze Local Advertising Awards. She understands med spas from the inside out - the treatments, the clients, and what actually makes someone decide to book.

Samantha Ferrell, co-founder, brings the business side of Aluma. She holds an international business degree from the University of Oklahoma and is the owner of S&J Staffing, LLC. She understands how real businesses operate from the backend, the client relationships, the decisions that actually move things forward.
